Nancy (Lynn Griffin), is married to Mark, a busy lawyer (James Rebhorn). They have two children. Along with running the home, she is an artist, creating unique works of colored-glass. Of late, Nancy has been under great stress, she had hurt her back, for which her doctor prescribed muscle relaxants and antianxiety medication. Under the family and work pressures, Nancy somehow lost her way. In this scene, the kids have just left for school, Mark handed her some "shirts to be done," and as she reacts sharply, "Mark, I can't do everything!", he barks sarcastically, "What's the matter? Your back bothering you again?"
